Press Release - Los Angeles Marathon - 2/19/11

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Honda LA Marathon Expands Live Radio Broadcast for 2011

Five-hour program adds pre-race traffic reports and new features

LOS ANGELES, February 19, 2011 – Runners and fans of the 2011 Honda LA
Marathon presented by K-Swiss will benefit from a greatly expanded and
interactive radio broadcast of the March 20th race on AM 570 KLAC/FOX
Sports LA. The five-hour broadcast of the marathon will begin at 5 a.m. and
last throughout the entirety of the race.

"We hope that having the live radio broadcast begin at 5 a.m. will help
smooth race preparation on the morning of the event," noted LA MARATHON LLC
chief operating officer Nick Curl. "Participants and spectators arriving at
the start or camping out on the course will be updated on traffic and the
status of the race earlier and, for the first time, will also be able to
interact with the radio show."

Los Angeles-based Monarch Sports will produce the coverage, anchored for
the third straight year by Emmy Award-winning broadcaster Geoff Nathanson
and Fox Sports West track & field analyst Tom Feuer, a five-time marathon
finisher. American marathon star Milena Glusec (with a best of 2:31:14)
will provide on-the-course coverage of the elite field with Time Warner
Cable sportscaster Randy Rosenbloom, and veteran local sports voice Mike
Carlucci will offer live updates on the wheelchair and hand-crank races.
Scott Calfas returns to provide on-site reports along the final mile on
Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica and Leyla Gulen of KCBS2 television will
monitor traffic throughout the morning.

"In addition to covering the race from start to finish," said Nathanson,
"we will be answering questions and broadcasting comments sent to us via
Twitter, allowing our audience to be part of the show.

"We know that many of the runners listen to us during the race, and I know
this sounds crazy, but we expect to hear from some of the pack runners as
they're getting ready for the start, and while they are on the course."

In addition to being heard on AM 570 KLAC, Clear Channel's all-sports
station in Los Angeles, the show will be streamed live on the Internet at
www.am570radio.com. KLAC general manager Don Martin noted that "The Honda
LA Marathon connects fans, participants, and world class marathoners who
respect the incredible training and dedication required to finish the
26.2-mile course. Starting our coverage at 5 a.m. this year will allow our
radio team to provide live content to participants and fans who are up
early and counting down to the start."
