Memorial Day Marathon Races Expects 50% Registration Increase
The Memorial Day Marathon located in the beautiful Berkshires of Western
Massachusetts, is trending toward a significant increase in race
registrations from last year's successful inaugural event. Registration
will be capped at 2,000 participants and early activity points towards the
event coming close to reaching capacity.
A portion of every race entry will be donated to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes
Fund. In addition, the race has partnered with Active Giving to allow
participants to raise additional donations.
The Memorial Day Marathon is excited to have the help of its sponsors:
Running Away; The Red Lion Inn; Price Chopper; Food Should Taste Good; and
The Arcadian Shop. Additionally, Joy Bauer of The Today Show on NBC will
be the nutrition partner for the event and will host the pre-race pasta
dinner at the Red Lion Inn on Saturday evening.
