TWIN CITIES MARATHON, INC. 2008 BOARD OF DIRECTORS NAMED
(Minneapolis, MN) –Twin Cities Marathon, Inc. Board of Directors officers
and members have been named to the 2008 term and began meeting November 20.
The following officers were named:
Amy Drifka: President
Scott Ross: Vice President
Sue Skelton: Secretary
Ron Kaliebe: Treasurer
Amy Drifka, Charles Fazio, Ron Kaliebe and Mike Staloch were named to
four-year terms on the board and Sue Skelton and John Aronson were named to
three-year terms of service. Twin Cities Marathon, Inc. Board of Directors
serves to help meet the marathon's core values including expanding
community participation, building long term charitable affiliations, and
growing the scope and range of all events throughout the year.
"The Twin Cities Marathon, Inc. Board of Directors is an active body who
assists with long-range planning as well as through service of the events
throughout the year," said Twin Cities Marathon, Inc. executive director
Virginia Brophy Achman. "Our association members select these candidates
from a high caliber collection of interested applicants. We are proud of
the team who will serve this new term and are thankful for their dedication
to working toward our mission to bring health and fitness opportunities to
the Twin Cities Community."
