Registration Set to Open for 2015 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon
Six Additional Twin Cities In Motion Events also Open February 3
St. Paul, Minn. - February 2, 2015 - Registration for the 34th annual
Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon and six additional running events hosted by
Twin Cities In Motion will open on Tuesday, February 3 at 10:00 a.m. CST. The
Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, which will run from downtown Minneapolis to
the State Capitol grounds in St. Paul on Sunday, October 4, will be limited to
12,000 participants.
Twin Cities In Motion will also open registration for three other Medtronic
Twin Cities Marathon Weekend events: twithe Medtronic TC Family Events, TC 5K
Run/Walk, presented by Fredrikson & Byron and TC 10K which take place at the
State Capitol grounds on Saturday, October 3.
Registration will also open for the Medtronic TC 1 Mile, held in downtown
Minneapolis on May 14, the TC Kids Cross Country Fun Run, held May 16 at Como
Park in St. Paul, and the Red, White & Boom! TC Half Marathon & Relay, held in
Minneapolis on July 4.
Registration for all of the events will be conducted online through the Twin
Cities In Motion website, tcmevents.org. Lottery registration for the
Medtronic TC 10 Mile held October 4, will open on July 9. The field for the
Medtronic TC 10 Mile will be limited to 10,000 registrants.
