Press Release - New York City Marathon - 11/03/05

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

American Olympic champion returns as favorite

NEW YORK, NY, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ - Sportsbook.com has posted odds on the
2005 New York City marathon which takes place this weekend. 2004 Olympic
champion, American Meb Keflezighi and world record holder Paul Tergat of
Kenya will battle it out over 26 miles against defending New York Marathon
winner Hendrik Ramaala of South Africa.

Sportsbook.com has posted Over/Under odds on the men's winning time at
2:09:45 and the women's winning time at 2:23:50. Head to head odds have
been added in the men's race which features the most dominant runners in
recent world competition. Regardless of who wins the race, bettors can
choose between Ramaala or Keflezighi and Tergat or Keflezighi for who will
perform best on Sunday.

"The New York City Marathon is one of the biggest and most popular of all
marathon races", said Alex Czajkowski, Marketing Director, Sportsbook.com.
"The field is very strong this year and we think there will be a lot of
interest in the city. New Yorkers really get behind this event and we think
there will be a lot of appeal for bettors."

In the past Hendrik Ramaala had a reputation for dominating 10 kilometer
races and half marathons, but in 2004 he changed that by winning the New
York Marathon. Ramaala won again in April racing in the London Marathon
with a personal best time of 2:08:32, making him the man to beat in 2005.

American favorite, and Olympic veteran, Meb Keflezighi has a silver medal
from Athens, holds the U.S. record for the 10 kilometer distance, and is
looking to better his runner-up finish in the 2004 New York City Marathon.

Paul Tergat is the most decorated marathoner to enter this weekend's
race. With records and medals from the Olympic Games, World Track and Field
Championships, IAAF World Cross Country Championships, and a veteran on the
International marathon circuit, at 36, Tergat is looking to prove that his
reign is not over yet.
