COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 Well organized race. Aid stations perfectly spaced -never wondering when the next one is coming. Course is shaded and mostly flat. This was my 2nd time running - first in the fall final 20 and now in the marathon. Definitely coming back next year. Much better than Chicago (ran 2x previouslyother than spectators - Fox Valley has it beatt!). | |

COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 4 Great course - scenic, and shaded. More than enough hydration. Great fan participation. You can tell it is planned by experienced endurance athletes for endurance athletes! I have done the Final 20 and the Half and was thrilled with each experience. | |

COURSE: 4 ORGANIZATION: 4 FANS: 5 Really enjoyed this marathon! Crowd support was good, but the volunteers were the high point of my day. Each and every one of them seemed to go out of their way to make sure that I was running a good race and had everything I needed in way of nourishment or attention. Thanks volunteers! COURSE: 5 ORGANIZATION: 5 FANS: 5 I have now finished 8 marathons, and three at FVM. All three have been my best three times so far. When they say its fast, flat, and good for a BQ it is. The race isn't so big that you can't run YOUR race. The people who put it together are the best. I will run this one until I can no longer run, and keep getting all my endurance medals! That's probably my favorite part. It's like thanking you for keeping on coming back. | |
